The company YPF announced an expansion of its strategic alliance with Globant, aiming to accelerate the evolution of its digital application. This new stage of the relationship between both companies focuses on transforming the YPF App into an interoperable wallet, powered by artificial intelligence, which will allow providing services beyond the company's traditional ecosystem.

The incorporation of artificial intelligence into the YPF App will enhance the user experience by adding key functionalities such as transportation payments, parking, public services, and account remuneration.

This evolution seeks to position the application not only as a loyalty and payment channel within YPF's scope but as a comprehensive platform centered on extended mobility.

"Our differentiator lies in the strength of YPF's ecosystem: a company with enormous trajectory, trust, and leadership in Argentina, with a network of 1,650 service stations and one of the largest loyalty programs in the country," highlighted Guillermo Garat, president of YPF Digital.

"The focus of our application is on creating an integrated experience centered on our users' mobility; this opening and positioning as an extended mobility platform is a natural evolution that responds to our users' needs," he added.

Since its launch, the YPF App has led the digital transformation in the energy and mobility sector, reaching over 3 million active users and nearly 6 million monthly payments.

Thanks to the joint work with Globant, the application positioned itself among the three most used in Argentina, establishing a standard of efficiency, personalization, and agility in digital services.

Globant, a leading company in the development of technological solutions, has been a key partner in building this data-driven digital ecosystem. Through its Globant Enterprise AI platform, which allows creating personalized AI Agents and Assistants, it will contribute to accelerating the ambitious plan set by YPF Digital toward 2025.

"Artificial intelligence is no longer just a support tool but the heart of the reinvention of companies in the multiple industries for which we develop services," stated Diego Schargorodsky, Chief Business Officer for Latin America at Globant.

"We are proud to work alongside YPF on this technological solution driven by human-supervised AI Agents, to meet their users' demand: the best service and personalized experiences, driven by the generative artificial intelligence revolution," he concluded.
