On one of the country's busiest corridors, YPF is building in San Pedro the largest service station in Argentina. The complex will occupy 10 hectares on Route 9 and will incorporate, in addition to fuels and CNG, a commercial promenade in a shopping mall format.
The project is being developed on one of the country's most strategic logistics corridors, the Buenos Aires–Rosario axis, and it is being led by the operator Jorge Caso, a firm with a strong presence in the region and experience in fuel transportation and marketing.

The complex will not be limited to the sale of gasoline and CNG. It will incorporate the most modern design of the 21st-century station concept that the company is promoting, with standards that already had their precedent in the flagship station at Figueroa Alcorta and Echeverría, in the City of Buenos Aires.
In addition to the fuel forecourt, it will feature a large FULL lounge, a gastronomic rest stop with a gourmet offering and spaces designed both for the occasional traveler and for freight transport. The differentiating factor will be a commercial promenade along the side of the highway that will operate as a small shopping mall, with stores from different sectors and a large-scale grill restaurant.
The new complex will seek to surpass in size the current benchmark in the sector, the Opessa Leones station, located on Highway 9 in Córdoba, until now considered the largest in the country. The civil works are in an initial stage, with the engineering already in place and the agreements formalized with National Highways for the access roads on the frontage road. The schedule calls for full operation next year.

The investment will also have a direct impact on regional employment. The creation of approximately 100 direct jobs is planned, including attendants, administrative staff, gastronomy, maintenance, and cleaning. The staff will be trained under the oil company's national standards, with a focus on operational safety and quality of service.
With more than 1,670 stations throughout the country, YPF is moving forward with a transformation that combines digitalization, operational efficiency, and an expanded user experience. The new development in San Pedro is not just a service station: it is a strategic bet to modernize energy infrastructure and boost regional growth.
