The company YPF held the awards ceremony for suppliers who stood out during 2024 in different categories, such as recognition for their commitment, operational excellence, and contribution to the company's shared growth.

The ceremony was led by the main authorities of the company and is part of the objective to strengthen a solid, efficient, and aligned value network with YPF's strategic plan.

During the event, 12 companies from various regions of the country were recognized in five specific categories: Supplier Score, Supplier Academy, Impact Suppliers, TCO Improvement 2024, and CIR Suppliers. YPF's President and CEO, Horacio Marín, was responsible for opening the ceremony and highlighted the strategic value of having a highly competitive supply chain: "We compete with the United States and we have to achieve very high productivity to reach that goal. The most important thing for us is profitability and results. You are our partners," he stated, emphasizing the importance of the role that supplier companies play within the energy business.

Meanwhile, the Vice President of Supply Chain, Walter Actis, highlighted the operational weight that suppliers have in YPF's activities: “about 65% of our activities are done through a supplier. Efficiency is achieved together: YPF and the suppliers. We must recognize those who have this commitment, those who go the extra mile,” he expressed.

With this initiative, YPF reinforces its commitment to establishing long-term relationships with its network of suppliers, seeking not only to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency but also to strengthen the competitiveness of the Argentine energy sector.
