The pedophile Evo Morales stated that Arce's family bribed the TCP to ban him.

Morales's supporters stated that Luis Arce's wife also allegedly paid a TSE official

The coca grower Evo Morales made a serious accusation against the family of Luis Arce. According to him, magistrate René Espada of the Plurinational Constitutional Court received a payment in cryptocurrency to sign the ruling that disqualifies him.

Morales stated that he now understands these rulings do not originate from the judicial branch. He indicated that they are designed at the request of the Executive and executed by self-extended magistrates. So far, neither the Government nor the PCC has issued statements.

During his Sunday program, Morales and his former minister Wilfredo Chávez directly targeted magistrate Espada. They claimed that 50,000 digital dollars were paid as part of an operation to remove him from the race.

Chávez said that the leaked chats of former Minister of Justice, César Siles, support this version. He indicated that  ruling 0007/2025 was drafted in coordination with the Government. Espada was reportedly the reporting magistrate of the resolution that bans Morales.

According to Chávez, Siles sent Espada a draft of the ruling on May 7. Three days later, Espada replied that he could no longer access the judicial portal.

He added that what was agreed upon had to be deposited into his Binance account. Siles, according to the messages, replied: "I'm loading 50,000 USDT". With this, Chávez maintained that the payment for a manipulated ruling was completed.

The PCC allegedly negotiated the ruling

The lawyer also asserted that this ruling had a single objective: to prevent Morales from being a candidate. The resolution established that no person can serve as president more than twice, whether consecutively or non-consecutively.

According to Morales's circle, this measure is aimed directly at him. They claimed that Espada signed without reviewing, simply following orders. The accusation has not yet received an official response.

Chávez insisted that  the operation was orchestrated from the highest circles of power. He explained that there is a planned strategy to eliminate Morales politically.

He also said that the evidence comes from the cellphone of former minister Siles, who is currently being prosecuted. Morales added that Espada charges to sign rulings made by others. He pointed out that the PCC is subject to the Executive.

Members of the TSE were also paid

However, the accusations did not stop there. Former minister Teresa Morales also implicated Luis Arce's wife. In a press conference, she asserted that Mrs. Brígida Durán transferred 30,000 dollars from an account in Panama.

The money was allegedly sent to electoral official Tahuichi Quispe. That operation supposedly took place on March 12.

According to Teresa Morales, the deposit voucher appears in the leaked chats of former minister Siles. She showed a receipt from the National Bank of Panama with the names of those involved.

The former minister asserted that the deposit coincided with the disqualification of Frente Para la Victoria. That party had an alliance with the "evismo" for the August elections. One day after the deposit, its exclusion from the process began.

The former minister maintained that there are also messages between Tahuichi and Siles related to the suspension of Pan-Bol. According to her, on May 12 Tahuichi sent background information on objections to the TSE.

That same day, Siles sent him a resolution ordering the suspension of Pan-Bol. Morales stated that this proves the Executive's interference in electoral decisions. She said this is a very serious matter.

Additionally, Morales reported that Siles sent tickets to Tahuichi to travel to Cochabamba. She questioned for what purpose and in what capacity such arrangements are made.

She stated that the country deserves a clear explanation about these movements. She indicated that all this is part of a plan to eliminate "evismo." She accused the Government of using magistrates and officials as political operators.

Tahuichi denied the accusations

Electoral official Tahuichi Quispe categorically denied the accusations. He described them as "a malicious lie" from Morales's followers. He assured that he has not received any deposit nor does he have accounts in Panama.

However, he avoided referring to the other elements reported. He also did not clarify the relationship with former minister Siles.

Negocios y Política, the Argentine portal that published the leaks, insists on their authenticity. It claims to have 12 gigabytes of information extracted from Siles's cellphone. In its report, it speaks of a secret plan to "politically exterminate Evo Morales."

The outlet claims there are bank documents, private conversations, and judicial rulings. However, it has not yet shown all the material.

The Government has not commented either on the reported payments or on the alleged involvement of Arce's wife. It has also not addressed the accusations against magistrate Espada.

The institutional silence generates more speculation. Meanwhile, Morales's circle demands an urgent investigation. They claim the integrity of the electoral process is at stake.

Morales keeps that there is a pact to exclude him using the judicial apparatus. Arce, meanwhile, has not replied directly to the accusations.
