This Tuesday, President Donald Trumphosted former Mesa County, Colorado election secretary Tina Peters at the White House, after she was released from prison earlier this month following more than four years behind bars by order of former President Joe Biden.
Jenna Griswold, the Colorado Secretary of State whose campaign was funded by billionaire George Soros, was responsible for politically pursuing Peters and bringing her to trial, while Judge Matthew Barrett was the one who kept her behind bars since 2022, explicitly citing her political activism within Trumpism as justification for denying her bail.
"Tina Peters just came to the White House to thank me for securing her release from prison in Colorado. They put her in there because she uncovered election fraud, but instead of arresting the people who committed the fraud, they arrested her!", Trump wrote on his social media announcing the meeting with the former official.

Trump's Words
"They gave her nine years in prison and she served two, much of the time in isolation alongside dangerous criminals and murderers, and then I got the Republican Party involved and they released her. Tina is 70 years old, suffered a severe cancer attack, but fortunately, she is now cancer-free," he added.
"They didn't want her out there talking to the media. She knows that the voting machines are RIGGED, that mail-in ballots are a DISASTER, and that our elections are very dangerous and corrupt at a time when, with the threat of communism, we must be very wise and careful!", Trump stated in his statement.
"It was an honor to have lunch with her. I was lucky, my vote in 2024 was TOO BIG TO BE RIGGED, but they tried. There was nothing they could do about it, but not everyone is in that position. Thank you for your attention to this matter. LET'S MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!", the president concluded.
Peters was sentenced to 9 years in prison in 2022 for using her position as an election official to investigate fraud in the 2020 presidential elections, which Biden won thanks to the massive use of mail-in voting.
