Kenya's Embassy in Mexico spoke out about the alleged presence of the CJNG.

The Embassy of Kenya in Mexico issued an official statement denying the presence of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) in its territory. In response to reports from the United States Department of State linking the Mexican criminal group to illicit activities in the African country.

Recently, the United States Department of State reported on the dismantling of a drug lab in Kenya, allegedly related to the CJNG. 

In this operation, Alvarado Israel Vera, a former Mexican investigation agent, was arrested, accused of operating the narco-lab. These revelations caused international concern about the possible expansion of Mexican cartels in Africa.

In light of these accusations, the Embassy of Kenya in Mexico declared that, after a thorough investigation, no evidence was found to support the presence or activities of the CJNG in its territory.
