The Pachakutik Plurinational Unity Movement recognized this Monday the victory of Daniel Noboa as president of Ecuador, after 98.58% of the ballots were counted. With this, Noboa reached 55.60% of the votes compared to Luisa González's 44.40%.

Through a statement, Pachakutik expressed its respect for the popular decision and congratulated the president-elect, while reaffirming its commitment to democratic strengthening. "We will remain firm for a just, plurinational, and supportive Ecuador", the movement stated on social media.

The organization also valued the role played by its members in the electoral day and recognized the effort of those who promoted proposals focused on the country's well-being. They emphasized that their participation was given "thinking about the future of all Ecuadorians."

In its statement, Pachakutik expressed its expectation that Daniel Noboa's campaign promises become real public policies that respond to the needs of the people. They highlighted that many of these proposals "represent the feelings and hopes of millions."

The movement indicated that it will continue fighting for the rights of the peoples and for a development model that prioritizes social justice and respect for nature. They also stated that they will continue contributing with constructive proposals from their position.

Pachakutik's stance confirms a climate of democratic respect and opens the door to dialogue with the new government. The institutional support for Daniel Noboa's victory reinforces the legitimacy of the electoral process and anticipates a new stage of plural governance in the country.
