Claudia Sheinbaum Had Ties With Grupo Danhos
These are the ties between the current president of Mexico and the real estate mafia of Grupo Danhos.
In 2023, when Sheinbaum left the head of government of the CDMX, several secrets of her administration came to light. Among them, her ties with the real estate developer Danhos, aimed at imposing new urban plans.

This accusation came from residents of Tlalpan and Coyoacán, after Sheinbaum called it "false" that her government promotes real estate development with the new General Development Plan (PGD) projects.
The residents said that an example of the current real estate predation is in the urban megaproject for the Estadio Azteca and its surroundings, with a view to the 2026 World Cup.

In 2023 Sheinbaum was not present at the PGD presentation, but in May of that year she did attend the 19th Edition of the Real Estate Development Expo The Real Estate Show.
For the residents of the Santa Úrsula area, that fact reflects that for Sheinbaum it is not relevant to consider the city's future for its inhabitants, but rather to provide certainty to the investments of large developments.
Sheinbaum's ties with the real real estate mafia
The current president of Mexico has always been linked to the real estate mafia of Grupo Danhos, who have enjoyed privileges in the CDMX.
This has made them the target of criticism for building a series of huge and controversial shopping centers in the CDMX, under Claudia Sheinbaum's administration.

Because they bypass all traffic and safety measures that end in deadly tragedies like the one at Plaza Artz Pedregal.
The daughter of the owner of Grupo Danhos, Elvira Daniel Kabbaz Zaga, was Sheinbaum's legal advisor in the Ministry of the Environment from 2003 to 2006.
Thanks to her good performance in that position, Sheinbaum rewarded them by granting her clan the construction of parks like Alameda, Delta, and Linda Vista.

Ultra-profitable real estate developments, with which Sheinbaum began to train in the art of real politics.
In 1976, David Daniel Kabbaz, created Grupo Danhos a Mexican development group dedicated to building and renting commercial and office properties for the metropolitan area of Mexico City and Puebla.
Grupo Danhos is a Mexican trust primarily constituted to develop, own, and acquire iconic commercial real estate assets.

In its current portfolio there are 15 properties, including shopping centers, offices, etc., generating value in their properties and surroundings.
All projects are iconic and top-quality properties, located in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City and Puebla.

Some of those in CDMX are:
- Parque Las Antenas
- Parque Delta
- Reforma 222
- Parque Tezontle
- Parque Lindavista
