Meanwhile, Sheinbaum preaches humility, her allies accumulate mansions, jewelry, and top-level cars

The "republican austerity" was once again called into question by Morena's own members. Senators from the party revealed million-dollar assets in their asset declarations: residences, land, cars, jewelry, and even exclusive boxes. All this while President Claudia Sheinbaum talks about modesty, the people, and public ethics.

The most blatant case is that of Senator Carlos Lomelí from Jalisco. He declared five houses—one of them valued at 49.5 million pesos—six apartments, five commercial spaces, a warehouse, and a box. Additionally, he boasts seven cars, works of art, fine watches, and jewelry.

Austerity... but with a driver, box, and private collection

Adán Augusto López, Ignacio Mier, and Alejandro Esquer also accumulate high-value land and properties. Not bad for those who repeat that "power is to serve, not to enrich oneself."

At the other extreme, there are senators who declare not having a single property. Miraculous examples of public servants without assets. Or without scruples.

Claudia calls for humility, but lives like an oligarch

From the presidential pulpit, Claudia Sheinbaum demands her team live in "just mediocrity."

But she herself travels with military escorts, helicopters, designer clothes... all the trappings of power.

How many millions is the character of the "scientist of the people" worth? Sheinbaum not only tolerates these excesses: she embraces and justifies them.

The 4T promised to break with luxuries... they just inherited them

Morena arrived promising to eradicate the excesses of the old regime. But its new political class lives like those before... just with a new logo on the lapel.

The boxes, the watches, and the million-dollar houses didn't disappear. They just changed hands.

Today, while millions of Mexicans barely survive, the representatives of the "people" accumulate like aristocrats.

All with the endorsement of a president who gets indignant on camera, but remains silent in private.

The transformation is not of the country, it's of the lifestyle of the Obradorista elite

Each asset declaration shows the same: they didn't come to serve, they came to enjoy.

Meanwhile, they repeat the word "austerity" like a mantra, signing their declarations with millions in properties.

In this transformed Mexico, poverty is discourse. And privilege... is Morena's.

The only equality Morena achieved is that all politicians, from before and now, enjoy the same luxuries.
