According to the official results, each of those winners will receive 103,636,062.24 pesos. The prize will be paid in local currency and will be tax-free. Converted to dollars, the amount is equivalent to just over 68,000 dollars per person, according to the exchange rate used for the jackpot calculation.
The draw generated massive participation across the country, with more than 3.1 million registered bets. The numbers drawn in the Always Wins modality were 40, 30, 09, 18, 01, and 16.
The 44 winners were distributed across different provinces. The largest number of winners was concentrated in Santa Fe, Buenos Aires, and Córdoba, with eight people in each of those jurisdictions.
How the winners were distributed
In addition to the three provinces with the most correct guesses, the Federal Capital contributed seven winners. Mendoza had four, while Jujuy added two. The rest of the winners were distributed one each in Entre Ríos, San Juan, Neuquén, Chubut, Chaco, Río Negro, and Santa Cruz.
The anniversary also produced another big winner. In the Second Chance modality, a single bettor guessed all six numbers and took home a prize of 4,350,196,620 pesos.
In the Traditional draw, there were no winners with six numbers, and the jackpot carried over to the next draw with more than 7 billion pesos accumulated. The Revancha modality also had no winners with six correct guesses and accumulated a jackpot of over 2.9 billion pesos.
