The complaint for alleged gender violence that Juana Tinelli filed against her ex-partner, Bautista Cuiña, continues to generate repercussions in the entertainment world. While the case remains under investigation, in recent hours Amalia Granata decided to publicly get involved and supported the version of the young man and his family.

The legislator questioned the account that emerged about the incident that occurred in a nightclub on the Buenos Aires waterfront and claimed that the situation would have been very different from what was reported by the daughter of Marcelo Tinelli.

According to her account, the information she received comes from the close circle of the young man, who categorically reject any accusations of physical aggression.

During an interview, the Santa Fe deputy reconstructed how the conflict would have started inside the nightclub. She explained that Bautista Cuiña was sharing the night with friends when Juana Tinelli approached his table accompanied by another man.

"He was at a nightclub with his friends and she goes to his table with another guy and starts kissing in front of him", the legislator stated.

According to that account, the situation escalated into a discussion between the two that intensified over the minutes.

Granata asserted that, amid the exchange, it was Cuiña himself who chose to leave the place to prevent the conflict from escalating.

"He decides to leave the nightclub and finds out this morning about the complaint. He did not hit her and the family is calm because there are cameras", she affirmed.

Furthermore, she stated that, according to the young man's circle, the only physical aggression that would have occurred during the argument was in the opposite direction.

"The only physical thing is that she scratched him during the argument and he leaves", she pointed out. She even claimed that Bautista Cuiña would have visible marks consistent with scratches sustained during the episode.
