A Bolivian with a criminal record was arrested while distributing drugs on a bicycle in Villa 31

Under the management of Javier Milei, which prioritizes the safety of law-abiding citizens and the strict compliance with the law, impunity for criminals who seek to turn Buenos Aires neighborhoods into their fiefs of illegality. As part of a saturation and thorough control operation, the Police dealt a new blow to drug trafficking in the heart of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Retiro.

The intervention, which responds to the firm political decision to clean the neighborhoods of the mafias that oppress them, resulted in the capture of a Bolivian who was using the facade of a delivery person to distribute drugs among the residents of Villa 31.

The operation took place specifically on Aymara Street at 1000, where personnel from the Tactical Division for the Pacification of Neighborhood 31 were carrying out prevention tasks.

There, the officers detected an individual on a bicycle with a suspicious attitude, who, upon noticing the police presence, attempted to evade authority by fleeing, which proved unsuccessful thanks to the quick action of the agents.

At the moment of being intercepted and searched in front of witnesses, the criminal's nature was confirmed: a 29-year-old man of Bolivian nationality who already had an extensive criminal record for selling and possessing drugs with records from the years 2020, 2021, and just months ago in 2026.

The recidivism of these foreign subjects highlights the need to deepen the security and immigration control policies promoted by the ruling party.

Among the belongings of the detainee, the security forces seized a lethal shipment divided and ready for sale:

71 packages of marijuana, with a total weight of 327 grams.

165 doses of cocaine, equivalent to 85 grams.

In total, more than 230 doses of drugs and an accumulated weight of 412 grams of narcotics were removed from the street.

In addition to the shipment, the police confiscated the cell phone and the bicycle used for the crime. The case was filed in the East Flagrancy Unit, under the supervision of Santiago Almeyda, who ordered the immediate detention of the accused and the relevant judicial proceedings for violation of Law 23.737.

This arrest is not an isolated incident, but part of a systematic assault against transnational crime. It is worth noting that recently the City Police also arrested two Peruvian citizens in San Cristóbal with 1.05 kilos of cocaine in a fake taxi, and dismantled a bunker in Villa Lugano run by three women, including one of Chilean nationality, where more than half a million pesos, dollars, and various substances such as base paste and Tusi were found. The data is compelling: foreign crime today finds an insurmountable barrier in a State that has decided to once again protect its citizens.
