The Federal Justice of Jujuy annulled the intervention of the local Justicialist Party ordered by Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and rescinded the decisions taken by the controllers Aníbal Fernández and Gustavo Menéndez. Instead, he appointed Ricardo Guillermo Villada, a leader linked to the governor of Salta, Gustavo Sáenz, who will assume control of the party for a period of 180 days
.The ruling, signed by Judge Esteban Eduardo Hansen, orders progress in the institutional normalization of the Jujuy PJ under judicial supervision. Villada must submit reports every 15 days detailing the progress of the process and establish an electoral schedule that allows for regular renewal of authorities

The resolution originated from a presentation promoted by different sectors of local Peronism, including Senator Carolina Moisés, who had been questioning the leadership of the party under the orbit of
Kirchnerism.In his analysis, the magistrate was forceful in describing the irregularities detected during the intervention. He pointed out that since mid-2023, the Jujuy PJ had been intervened, but the promised internal elections were systematically postponed, suspended or altered by disciplinary decisions that deepened
