Preventive measures were taken in view of the seriousness of the message of the Piquero leader.
In the midst of the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East, the Kirchner leader Luis D'Elía issued a warning that raised strong concern: he assured that “there will be an attack in Argentina” and linked that possible event to an alleged “victimization” maneuver by Israel.
The statements were made in an interview on Radio Belgrano AM 570 and also broadcast on their social networks. There, D'Elía introduced himself as spokesperson for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and stated “the comrades of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard have asked me to tell the Argentine people” that the war will not be short and that it will last over time. In that same framework, he denied the irrefutable death of the Iranian supreme leader.
The picketeer leader of Kirchnerism has an extensive judicial record.
The leader went further and argued that the only alternative that Israel would have would be “victimization”, alluding to the possibility of a “self-attack” on Argentine soil. He even evoked the attacks against AMIA and the Israeli Embassy in the 90s under a conspiranoic reading that attributes
responsibility to local and foreign actors.
The warning came in a context of maximum international tension, with cross-attacks between the United States, Israel and Iran. Argentina, which has historically been the target of terrorist actions linked to external conflicts, is especially exposed in diplomatic and symbolic terms
.
Faced with the complex international context, custody was reinforced at the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires and alert protocols were activated at borders and strategic diplomatic headquarters. The official objective is to avoid any local repercussions derived from the global crisis and to guarantee the safety of the population
. The picketeer knew how to be a shock force in the streets authorized by CFK.
In parallel, prosecutor Carlos Stornelli filed a criminal complaint against D'Elía for hate speech and possible crimes covered by Law 23.592 on discriminatory acts, in addition to evaluating possible figures linked to national security. The case was filed in the federal court in charge of Sebastián
Ramos.
In an international context of extreme tension, publicly installing the possibility of an attack on Argentine soil is neither a minor event nor a simple discursive provocation.
The picketeer must be brought to justice and provide explanations for statements that cannot be taken lightly.
