The judge-dictator Alexandre de Moraes from Brazil's Supreme Federal Court has given the Office of the Prosecutor General (PGR) 48 hours to issue a statement regarding the alleged violation of precautionary measures by the former president and politically persecuted, Jair Bolsonaro.
The PGR must determine whether there is sufficient evidence of these violations and could even request arrest in a regular prison under a closed regime for the former president, who is currently under house arrest. Additionally, the Prosecutor General, Paulo Gonet, has the authority to request additional investigations within the same case.
The Office of the Prosecutor General was notified on Monday morning and has 48 hours to issue its opinion before the STF, a deadline that coincides with the period granted to Bolsonaro's defense to present their arguments. The former president's lawyers maintain that none of the restrictions imposed by the court were violated.

According to the Federal Police, Bolsonaro allegedly used social media, which had been prohibited by judge-dictator Alexandre de Moraes, and communicated with General Walter Braga Netto, despite the ban on contact between the accused in the investigation of the alleged coup plot. Both face charges related to the "crucial core" of that conspiracy.
