The fourteenth edition of the Argentine Cup has entered its decisive stage following the conclusion of the round of 32. The round of 16 matches will begin this Wednesday, August 12, and will extend until September 2.
The first match will feature Atlético Tucumán and Independiente, who will face off at 19:15 at the Coloso Marcelo Bielsa stadium.
The schedule will continue the following week with two matches on Tuesday, August 18. Riestra will face Gimnasia de La Plata at 17:00, at the Norberto Tomaghello stadium, while Banfield will take on Midland at 21:15, at the Nuevo Francisco Urbano.
The next day, Wednesday the 19th, it will be Racing and Belgrano's turn. The Academy and the Córdoba team will play at 19:15 at the Único La Pedrera stadium.
The matches of the Argentine Cup 2026
The round of 16 agenda will continue on Wednesday, August 26, with a clash between two teams arriving with different expectations: Aldosivi and Independiente Rivadavia will meet at 21:15 at the Florencio Sola stadium.
On Thursday the 27th, there will be two more matches. Estudiantes will play against Barracas Central at 19:00, although the venue is yet to be confirmed. Later, at 21:15, Platense will face Instituto at the Coloso Marcelo Bielsa stadium.
The last match of the round of 16 will be one of the most attractive of the stage. Vélez and Boca will meet on Wednesday, September 2 at 21:15, although the venue for the match has not yet been confirmed.
