After the official confirmation of the brutal murder of the Bibas-Silberman family, whose fate became the global symbol of terrorist depravity by Hamas, outrage is focused on the most defenseless member, baby Kfir Bibas, who was only 9 months old at the time of his abduction.
Contrary to the propaganda spread by Hamas, which attempted to blame an "Israeli bomb" for the death of the baby and his brother Ariel (4 years old) and his mother Shiri (32), the Israeli National Institute of Forensic Medicine has revealed the macabre truth: baby Kfir was killed with bare hands by his captors, and subsequently his body was cut into pieces, an atrocity confirmed by the forensic experts, who found no signs of injuries caused by a bombing on the remains.

The forensic experts corroborated that the child died by manual strangulation, followed by dismemberment. This unprecedented act of savagery not only refutes the falsehoods of the Islamist group but also reaffirms the focus on the absolute barbarity Israel is fighting against.
Previously, in February, the terrorist group had delivered a coffin with a photograph of Shiri Bibas alongside her children, but the Israeli forensic experts found inside the body of another woman. This fact underscores Hamas's willingness to manipulate even the death of its hostages.
After Israel's timely complaint, Hamas made a new delivery that finally confirmed the bodies of Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir, all of them with Argentine and Peruvian roots. "Our Shiri was murdered in captivity and has now returned home," the family stated in a painful statement, expressing that, although there is no comfort, they expected the "beginning of closure" after 16 months of uncertainty.

The abduction of the Bibas family in the Nir Oz kibbutz, during the terrorist incursion that left nearly 1,200 dead and 251 hostages, was widely documented by the captors themselves. Videos showed Shiri, with her two red-haired children in her arms, in an expression of total anguish while being surrounded by Hamas members. Ariel and Kfir, the youngest of the abductees, became a symbol of the fight for liberation.
The children's father, Yarden Bibas, was also abducted, but released alive this past February 1 after 484 days of captivity. He was the one who, before his release, had held the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, responsible for the news of his family's death, misinformation spread by Hamas as part of its manipulation. Despite this, upon his return, Yarden and the family in general have focused their demand on the urgency of rescuing the hostages who are still alive.
