The Bautista Alberdi Foundation continues to expand its presence in Punilla with initiatives aimed at rebuilding the culture of work in the community. Its programs are based on the motto "Education, Training, and Values," a guiding principle for every action promoted by the institution. With Franco Gallardo at the helm, the organization seeks to consolidate its provincial growth through sustainable partnerships.
The project was born in Villa Santa Cruz del Lago and took shape thanks to the territorial commitment demonstrated by its founding team. Gallardo, accompanied by Maximiliano Stroppa and Pablo Galleguillo, leads with a focus on community participation and institutional strengthening. This structure has enabled the creation of an active space that moves forward with integrative proposals for different sectors of the community.
Activities have multiplied in recent months with vocational courses, employability workshops, and popular celebrations such as Children's Day. All these actions were designed to include neighbors of various ages and to consolidate an environment of accessible opportunities. The community response has supported each initiative, which has driven the foundation to deepen its work in the department.

Local partnerships and territorial development
In its most recent strategy, the organization has advanced in building links between the private sector and society to broaden its real reach. Inter-institutional coordination is considered a central axis for generating projects that can be sustained over time. The foundation states that this methodology will improve territorial impact and diversify the training offer.
Joint work with local stakeholders opens the door to new programs focused on training, employability, and social inclusion. The institution's authorities emphasize that these agreements strengthen community participation and provide tools for regional development.Punilla has thus become a key territory for the expansion and consolidation of the foundational project.
With a growing presence in different municipalities, the Bautista Alberdi Foundation plans to extend its activities to other areas where specific needs have been identified. Its representatives maintain that the continuity of these actions will ensure orderly growth and support the construction of new educational spaces. The organization is on track to establish itself as a relevant actor in training and community strengthening.

The young leadership behind the initiative
Franco Gallardo, 28 years old, was born in Villa Santa Cruz del Lago and keeps a deep connection with the community where he grew up. In 2019, he obtained his degree in journalism and continued the family business tradition, which allowed him to maintain a close relationship with neighbors. His territorial presence was strengthened through social initiatives that positioned him as a local reference.
His political involvement began in 2022, inspired by the national rise of Javier Milei, and was consolidated the following year with a municipal candidacy. Gallardo led a Liberal Front list in 2023 and actively participated in monitoring the three presidential elections. In 2024, he reinforced his leadership by collaborating with the provincial development of La Libertad Avanza alongside top-level leaders.
His sustained social work has earned him recognition for community initiatives that included road improvements, lighting, and urban maintenance. His role in election monitoring stood out again in the legislative elections, where LLA obtained 42% of the votes in his locality. With a combination of youth, commitment, and territorial presence, Gallardo plans to continue expanding the foundation's reach in Punilla.
