Big Brother: why they cut the live feed before Chiara left
Santiago Del Moro explained why the broadcast was interrupted before Chiara's departure
The departure of Chiara Mancuso from the Gran Hermano house caused controversy on social media due to the broadcast interruptions.
Many believed it was a maneuver to protect the player, but Santiago del Moro came out to clarify what really happened.

Why was the signal cut before the gala?
On Sunday, hours before Chiara was eliminated in a head-to-head with Luz Tito, Telefe interrupted the broadcast several times.
Social media exploded. On X (formerly Twitter), the hashtag #NoAlAcomodo went viral, with theories about alleged favoritism from the production.
Was it to protect Chiara?
Some users claimed that the interruptions aimed to hide tense moments of Chiara inside the house, to avoid harming her in the voting.

According to this version, the participant allegedly had a nervous breakdown that the production didn't want to show to protect her image.
The official explanation from Santiago del Moro
Amid the commotion, the reality show's host came out to give his version and denied the rumors with a strong message:
Qué dijo Del Moro sobre los cortes antes de la gala de GH
"During the weekend, 'No al acomodo' was trending topic. The house was cut many times because they were preparing that beautiful function they did", he explained.
What were they preparing?
According to Del Moro, the interruptions were necessary for the players to rehearse a special activity within the program, not for hidden reasons.
"Many conspiracy theories said the signal was cut because Chiara was having a fit of rage... and no, it was because they were rehearsing", he added.

A message for the game's fans
The host also took the opportunity to leave a message about the spirit of the program:
"Gran Hermano is a game. It's good that you comment on the behaviors, but who wins or loses depends on your vote".
