Carnival: Pablo Toviggino's stream that operates against the government
The government denounces intelligence operations behind the leaked audios of Karina Milei, linked to the streaming channel Carnaval
The streaming channel Carnaval Stream, which brings together media figures such as Jorge Rial, Viviana Canosa, Alejandro Fantino, and Fabián Doman, was identified by the Government as the main platform used to disseminate the illegal audio recordings attributed to Karina Milei. From Casa Rosada, officials claim that the project, funded by AFA treasurer Pablo Toviggino, operates as a political and media instrument with the objective of destabilizing the Executive.
National officials emphasized that what happened can't be considered a simple journalistic leak, but rather an operation orchestrated by a media outlet that was created with explicit political intentions and is currently under investigation.
A media outlet questioned since its inception
Since its launch, Carnaval Stream has attracted attention due to the prominence of its hosts and the financial backing of Toviggino, a trusted associate of Claudio “Chiqui” Tapia at AFA. However, instead of establishing itself as a space for plural information, it was quickly targeted by the ruling party as a channel intended to undermine the Government's credibility through media operations.

The dissemination of Karina Milei's audio recordings confirmed that the channel functions as a communication arm for political interests and illegal intelligence activities.
Judicial measures and Government complaint
After the material was released, presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni filed a complaint in which he described the incident as "an illegal, planned, and targeted attack". The civil and commercial courts issued an injunction to stop the spread of the audio recordings, determining that they were obtained clandestinely.
The ruling orders ENACOM to ensure compliance with the measure and keeps that this is not an act of censorship, but rather a protection of institutional security and the privacy of Government officials.

Responsible parties and ongoing investigations
The complaint also mentions individuals linked to the scheme: journalist Mauro Federico, Jorge Rial, and attorney Franco Bindi, as well as Pablo Toviggino as the channel's financial backer. The Ministry of Security requested searches at Carnaval Stream's offices and at residences linked to those responsible.
According to the Government, the channel is not a legitimate journalistic actor, but a central piece in a disinformation and intelligence operation scheme.
