The Chilean announced that she will auction off a large part of her private haute couture collection, including the iconic white dress with which she won the Miss Universe crown in 1987.
The event took place at the Museum of Fashion in Chile, in an intimate and emotional atmosphere. Cecilia was accompanied by her husband, businessman José “Pepo” Daire, and her sonMáximo Menem, from her marriage to the late former Argentine president Carlos Menem.

The auction has a deeply meaningful charitable purpose for the former Miss Universe and former Argentine first lady, all proceeds will be donated to the Fundación Care, an organization she created to support the fight against cancer.
