The present of Christian Nodal is overshadowed by a series of legal conflicts that threaten to complicate both his professional career and his personal life. In recent hours, details have emerged regarding a serious allegation of alleged document forgery in the context of a legal dispute against Universal Music, which could result in criminal consequences. Meanwhile, his ex-partner Cazzu, mother of his daughter Inti, is reportedly considering filing for full custody of the child.
The scandal erupted following a report by the program Despierta América (Univision), where attorney Ulrich Richter, legal representative of Universal Music, revealed that Nodal, along with his parents Silvia Cristina Nodal and Jaime González, allegedly submitted 32 supposedly forged contracts in a lawsuit they filed in 2021 against the record label.
The conflict began when the Mexican singer claimed ownership of certain songs registered under Universal's catalog, asserting that they belonged to his family. However, the record label accuses the Nodal family of having manipulated documentation to support their claim.

“The Public Prosecutor's Office comes to take a statement from the notary and the notary says: "That is not my signature, I have not received Nodal"”, Richter recounted. He also reported that the singer's lawyers allegedly attempted to persuade the notary to change his testimony, which further aggravates the case.
