After a raid at the Third Police Station of Florencio Varela, it was discovered that one of the detainees was leaving his cell to share mate with the commissioner.
The surprising situation was uncovered thanks to an operation carried out by agents of the Internal Affairs Delegation of the Buenos Aires Police.
According to the media outlet Infosur, officer Marcos Rosseti, accused of shooting a 31-year-old woman during a neighborhood dispute, was found outside his cell.
The discovery occurred in the context of an investigation for "breach of public official duties," led by the Prosecutor's Office No. 2 of Florencio Varela.

Sources from the case indicated that, despite being officially detained, the accused never stayed in a cell within the police station where he worked before the incident.
The complaint, which was filed anonymously, led the Justice to conduct an inspection at the police station. As a result of this irregularity, days later Rosseti was transferred to the Florencio Varela Detention Center.
Investigators suspect it could be a case of cover-up within the force. Meanwhile, the Prosecutor's Office continues with the case to identify those who allowed the detainee to remain outside his cell and what sanctions could be imposed on those involved.
