The Córdoba justice system is analyzing a series of complaints against Javier Calamaro for alleged fraud in the real estate development called Chacras del Universo, in Punilla. The buyers state that they haven't been able to register the deeds to their plots or take effective possession of the parcels acquired through private contracts. According to the testimonies recorded at the local police station, the conflict is worsening due to unfulfilled promises of adverse possession and the lack of final procedures.
The constitutive document of the project reveals that singer Javier Calamaro joined the company together with Yanina Arias Toya and Jorge Daniel Barrera. In that contract, the artist subscribed 193 capital installments for a value of $19,300 on a fraction of land located in El Carrizal. The judicial investigation seeks to determine responsibilities after accusations of duplicate sales that allegedly affected multiple families in the area.
In view of the seriousness of the reported events, the musician keeps that his public figure is being used to discredit him in a dispute over someone else's property. Calamaro claims to be one more victim in this process, even reporting squatting on his own land and constant death threats. Meanwhile, the case files are accumulating evidence about the management of funds and the lack of approved technical plans for the residential urbanization.

Corporate details and the ongoing judicial process
The company's articles of association state that all partners committed to cover 75% of the remaining capital according to the deadlines established by Law 19,550. In the distribution of contributions, Yanina Arias Toya subscribed $5,700 and Jorge Barrera the sum of $25,000 for the development of the special gated community. The purpose of the company consisted of marketing an urbanization under the country club regime in the Dolores district.
Despite the declared nominal contributions, the victims assert that the technical reality of the property prevents any legal progress in the current deeds. The judicial authorities of Capilla del Monte are trying to clarify whether there was coordinated criminal intent or serious administrative deficiencies in the management. The situation of the partners is delicate, since the plurality of complainants complicates the defense scenario put forward by the artist's lawyers.
The case is maintaining a high profile due to the musician's notoriety and the amount of money involved in the transactions for the corporate shares. The prosecutor's office has begun summoning those involved to confirm the accusations of coercion and possible illegal exactions in the context of the business. It is expected that the expert reports on the land will determine whether the technical specifications originally promised in the annexes were ever officially fulfilled.
