This August 13, a new edition of the Jóvenes Dirigentes program began in Córdoba, organized by Frente Joven. It is aimed at people between 18 and 35 years old who are interested in leadership training. The activities will take place over three months in an in-person format.
The program includes three thematic blocks that feature academic training, seminars, and meetings with leaders from different sectors. The proposal aims to provide knowledge and tools to perform in political, social, and business fields. Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
The first meeting will take place at the provincial legislature with the participation of political leaders from various groups. The training has a fee and limited spots. Registration is already open for interested individuals from the province and other localities.

Structure and scope of the program
Frente Joven is an organization with a presence in Argentina and Ecuador that promotes youth training and participation activities. The Jóvenes Dirigentes proposal seeks to train people in institutional management and leadership. The format combines theory and practice through in-person meetings and teamwork.
The initiative has been carried out for several years and has included the participation of young people from different provinces. Each thematic block is taught by professionals and specialists related to the topics addressed. The organizers emphasize that the content is updated in each edition to respond to current contexts.
