The Municipality of Córdobahas extended the plan to catch up on municipal debts until November 30, seeking to facilitate tax compliance. The measure includes obligations overdue as of September 30 that are in the administrative stage. With this extension, taxpayers will have more time to regularize commitments and avoid higher late payment surcharges.
The scope of the program covers taxes related to commercial, industrial, and service activities, as well as taxes on motor vehicles and real estate. Fees related to taxis, remises, cemeteries, various rights, and amounts for late submissions are also included. As stipulated, the scheme keeps the benefits and payment methods in effect to date.
The decision is part of the official tools aimed at improving residents' ability to comply and organizing the local fiscal situation. The objective is to support those who need flexibility to settle municipal debts in a challenging economic context. At the same time, the aim is to prevent legal proceedings resulting from prolonged non-payment.

Discounts and payment options
The most significant benefit is the 60% discount on late payment surcharges for those who choose to pay the total amount owed in a single payment. Plans of up to 18 installments are also offered, with the condition that the first installment must be paid when entering the program. For those who choose three payments, the reduction in interest will be 40%, while longer-term plans will have a 2% monthly rate with no additional discounts.
For shorter-term plans, the monthly rate will be 1.5%, representing an advantage for taxpayers able to settle their debts in less time. The scheme combines incentives for lump-sum payment and alternatives for those who require a longer term without losing financial predictability. With these tools, the aim is to increase participation and reduce the level of municipal delinquency.
The Municipality confirmed that the process can be completed either in person or digitally, depending on the taxpayer's preference. Installment payments require an active CBU for enrollment, a mandatory condition for the implementation of the plan. Authorities highlighted that the Tax Portal remains the most efficient way to manage regularization from any device.
