The Night of Ice Cream Shops arrives in Córdoba with dozens of participating locations throughout the province. The event, promoted by the Association of craft-made Ice Cream and Related Manufacturers (Afadhya), will be held today, Thursday, November 13, starting at 6:00 p.m. The initiative is part of the 41st craft-made Ice Cream Week, which runs through Sunday the 16th.
The initiative seeks to promote the consumption of craft-made ice cream and highlight the work of local manufacturers. This year, businesses from the capital and the interior are participating, with strong support from the sector. Córdoba ranks among the provinces with the highest number of registered locations, reflecting the dynamism of the industry.
The event will offer a special benefit: customers who purchase a quarter kilo (0.55 pounds) will receive another at no cost. The promotion will be available exclusively during Thursday's event.

Participating locations and special promotions
Among the participating businesses are Mousse Córdoba, Barilatte, Casata Rosita, Wöllen, Freddo, Chuii, and many more in the capital. In the interior, Sorbetti in Salsipuedes, La Merced in Alta Gracia, and Skay Cremas Heladas in Marcos Juárez are joining. Afadhya has also launched the "Flavor Map," an online tool that allows users to locate nearby points of sale.
The organization explained that the event is an opportunity to strengthen domestic consumption and support the profitability of small manufacturers. In times of price competition, craft-made ice cream defends its place with quality and innovation. The entity emphasized that the product remains a classic on Argentine tables.
This year, the association introduced an exclusive flavor: Fruta D'Oro, a combination of mango, banana, lime, and white chocolate. The proposal aims to win over palates with a more natural and fresh profile.
El evento ofrecerá un beneficio especial: los clientes que compren un cuarto de kilo recibirán otro sin costo.
An Argentine classic with its own identity
Afadhya reported that the average consumption of craft-made ice cream in Argentina reaches 16.1 pounds (7.3 kilos) per person per year. The most popular flavors remain the traditional ones: dulce de leche, chocolate, and strawberry with cream. Dulce de leche granizado continues to hold the top spot in the national ranking.
The event, now in its ninth edition, combines tradition, industry, and gastronomic pleasure. Córdoba, with its extensive network of craft-made ice cream shops, once again takes center stage in a night that celebrates the efforts of local entrepreneurs and the tastes of consumers.
