Córdoba: a police rescue with a happy ending and an invitation that moves

A medical emergency in the Ayacucho neighborhood mobilized officers from the Preventive Action Corps of the Córdoba Police. Sebastián, a local resident, suffered a severe decompensation at his home and his life depended on a rapid intervention. Iván began cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers as soon as he entered the residence, while his partner assisted María, Sebastián's partner, who was visibly shaken. Sebastián was on the second floor (6.56 feet), so the intervention of firefighters was necessary to lower him safely. Thanks to the coordinated work, he was stabilized and transported by ambulance.

Sebastián and María, who are also parents of two children, decided to get married in September and wanted the officers to be part of that moment. Iván Brusadin and Marcos Romero will be present at the ceremony, at the couple's express request. The gesture seeks to honor the decisive role they played in the rescue.

"They're part of this new stage that's beginning, of their new life," Sebastián said when explaining why he wanted to share his wedding with them. For the officers, the invitation represents an emotional reward that's hard to match. The story is an example of commitment, humanity, and recognition.
