Córdoba will be one of the provinces affected by a strong heat wave that will hit the center of the country in the coming days.
This Wednesday a maximum temperature of 32 °C (89.6 °F) is expected, and there could even be wind gusts of up to 50 kilometers per hour (31.07 miles per hour).
Meanwhile, for Thursday and Friday it is expected to climb to 33 °C (91.4 °F).
According to the National Meteorological Service, the heat will remain for several days.
The heaviest day will be Saturday, with a thermal sensation of 37 degrees (98.6 °F).
But the situation will be more extreme in the interior of the province: there, readings are expected that could reach 40 degrees (104 °F).
The real relief would not arrive until Monday, with significant rainfall that would cause a drop in temperature.
