Tourism: Córdoba joins a platform to attract millions of visitors
This is an agreement signed between the Córdoba Tourism Agency and the Spanish company Civitatis
Days away from the historic match between Pumas and All Blacks, which caused an enormous tourism (and economic) impact, Córdoba seeks to continue attracting international visitors.
For this reason, the Córdoba Tourism Agency signed an agreement with the Spanish platform Civitatis and joined its providers.
This way, the options offered by the province will be part of the more than 95,000 activities available on the Spanish-language excursion platform, which is present in more than 160 countries.

"It's the way to bet on the internationalization of Córdoba's tourism offering," stated authorities from the aforementioned department.
Córdoba in search of international tourism
The agreement aims to incorporate the province's main tourist experiences—guided tours, excursions, cultural, gastronomic, and nature activities, among others—into the Civitatis catalog, which has a community of more than 40 million travelers.

The launch of this initiative was carried out with a meeting attended by more than 40 Córdoba-based tour operators, along with Darío Capitani, president of the Córdoba Tourism Agency, and Nicolás Posse, country manager of Civitatis Argentina and head of development for Chile and Uruguay.

"Córdoba is one of the most relevant destinations for us in Argentina due to the variety and quality of its offerings: nature, culture, gastronomy, entertainment. That's why we want to add more local providers to our platform and give them international visibility," Posse emphasized.
"We're committed to incorporating experiences that meet high standards of quality, safety, and interest for travelers. Our platform is a global showcase for those seeking to experience the best of each destination," he added.
Showcasing Córdoba to the world
"This agreement allows us to showcase the best of Córdoba tourism to the world through a platform with significant international reach. This way, we want to continue generating opportunities for the sector and attract more visitors from other regions," highlighted Darío Capitani.

The alliance represents a concrete opportunity for tourism providers from different Córdoba localities, who will be able to integrate their offerings into a platform with a strong presence in Latin America and Europe.
Currently, Civitatis operates in more than 4,000 destinations and is positioned as a global benchmark in Spanish-speaking tourism.

The process of joining the platform involves a rigorous curation, where criteria such as service quality, safety, unique value, and appeal to international travelers are evaluated.
