Vicky Xipolitakis ran into Tom Cruise, Christina Aguilera, and Matt Damon at the World Cup final
The model called the show live to express her discomfort: “I just came out of a meeting and my phone is blowing up because people are saying: 'Vicky, they're doing a tribute to you, but with ugly things.' So I called them because I would like to be present to talk together”.
Vicky Xipolitakis had a special encounter with international celebrities during the final of the 2026 World Cup between Argentina and Spain. Marley shared the video of the particular meeting they had with Tom Cruise in the stadium corridors.
Amid the excitement of the match, the host and the former vedette ran into the star of "Mission Impossible" and seized the opportunity to greet him, in a scene that quickly went viral on social media.
The back-and-forth with international stars didn't end with Tom Cruise. Later, Vicky also crossed paths with Christina Aguilera, whom she greeted with the same excitement she had shown minutes earlier.
The most memorable moment of the day came when Xipolitakis met Matt Damon. Without a filter and with her classic spontaneity, she proposed: “Give me five”, to which the actor responded warmly and high-fived her.
Days earlier, Vicky Xipolitakis also made headlines after Intrusos (América TV) aired a compilation of iconic moments from her television career, including her debut on Bailando.
Firmly, Xipolitakis acknowledged that those memories are part of her story. “They are stages of my life, we can all make mistakes”, she pointed out, although she emphasized her discomfort with the chosen clips.
“They are showing me clips of scandalous things, it's the past. We learn and we can all get confused”, the model added during her communication with the show.
Far from hiding, Vicky reaffirmed her current stance: “Lately, I'm in that: I show my face a lot, I have nothing to hide and I am very proud of myself”.
When asked by Marcela Tauro about her relationship with Mica Viciconte, with whom she shares screen time on "Ariel en su salsa" (Telefe), Vicky responded without leaving room for controversy: “She is a work colleague. I bring the best energy”.
