Domestic workers across the country will continue to receive the same salary they earned in June, as no collective bargaining agreement has been reached so far. According to information provided by the National Government, Resolution 1/2025 remains in effect, which sets the minimum amounts to be received during this month.
This means that employers must pay in June the same amounts currently in effect, in addition to including the first half-year bonus of the year, the amount of which is equivalent to 50% of the highest salary received between January and June. The legal deadline for payment is June 30, although there is the possibility of paying it up to four business days later.
Salaries for domestic workers will remain as follows: for those who work fewer than 24 hours per week, the hourly wage will be $2863 with live-out and $3089 with live-in. Meanwhile, workers who are hired under a monthly scheme will receive $351,233 if they have live-out arrangements and $390,567 with live-in.
