Commerce employees will receive in October 2025 the last installment of the collective bargaining agreement with a 1% increase and a fixed sum of $40,000. The adjustment is part of the strategy of the Federación Argentina de Empleados de Comercio y Servicios (Faecys) to keep salaries up to date.
The current agreement combines monthly percentage increases with an extraordinary amount, ensuring that workers have a stable supplement through December 2025.
