What the weather will be like in the AMBA during the long weekend
Friday, February 13
This Friday the weather in the AMBA will feature a partly cloudy sky and thermal relief. The low will be 19°C and the high will reach 27°C.
The National Meteorological Service (SMN) is forecasting wind gusts from the east that could reach 50 km/h during the morning and afternoon. Rain is not expected.
Saturday, February 14
The day will feature a slightly cloudy sky throughout the entire day. The low will be 19°C and the high will reach 26°C.

Sunday, February 15
A low of 20°C and a high of 27°C are expected. The sky will be mostly cloudy, although without significant rainfall.
Monday, February 16 (holiday)
The thermal rise will begin. The low will be 20°C and the high will reach 31°C, with a partly cloudy sky.

Tuesday, February 17 (holiday)
Tuesday will remain hot, with a low of 21°C and a high of 31°C. Conditions will remain stable with a low probability of precipitation.
According to the SMN, between Sunday and Monday the probability of rain in the AMBA will not exceed 10%.
Will there be rain in other provinces during Carnival?
At the national level, the outlook will be more unstable. The SMN is forecasting clouds, rain, and storms especially in northern Argentina between Saturday and Sunday. The provinces with the highest probability of precipitation are: Jujuy, Salta, Tucumán, Formosa, La Rioja, Catamarca, Santiago del Estero, Chaco, Corrientes, and Misiones.

In these areas storms of varying intensity could be recorded, with estimated accumulations between 15 and 50 mm. Strong gusts and possible hail are also expected.
Temperatures in the country: which day will be the hottest
During the beginning of the long weekend, in much of the country high temperatures will be below 30°C. But Tuesday the 17th is shaping up to be the hottest day.
For that day readings between 31°C and 38°C are expected in different regions of the national territory. In contrast, in the far south, such as Tierra del Fuego and Chubut, high temperatures will barely exceed 20°C.
