In a new episode that exposes the blurred boundaries between militancy and public office within Kirchnerism, a group of Peronist councilors and school board members entered Technical School No. 2 in Ciudad Jardín, Tres de Febrero to carry out political proselytizing activities under the guise of a "Youth Vote" day. According to photos and posts shared on social media, the activity was organized by the La Cámpora member Juan Debandi together with the Buenos Aires Undersecretary of Education, Pablo Urquiza, who was responsible for opening the doors of the institution.

During the event, the Peronist activists displayed ballots, praised the figure of Juan Domingo Perón, and attacked President Javier Milei in a context that should have been strictly educational. Those present even performed the traditional Peronist "V" for victory while chanting political slogans, which constitutes a clear violation of the principle of political neutrality in the school environment.

Debandi himself shared the activity on his official Facebook account, where he wrote: "We shared a Youth Vote day at Técnica 2 in #CiudadJardín with student councils from different schools. Together with @pablourquizaok, Buenos Aires Undersecretary of Education, we talked about the importance of participating and learned together how to vote with the new Single Paper Ballot."

Far from being a simple informational meeting, the images released show a covert campaign event, with the use of public resources and the direct participation of a provincial official in a partisan activity within a public school. Once again, Kirchnerism crosses institutional boundaries that should be insurmountable in any healthy democracy.

Behind this episode is Juan Debandi, a La Cámpora leader in Tres de Febrero and current candidate on the "Fuerza Patria" list within the Kirchnerist coalition Unión por la Patria. Born in Caseros on November 18, 1976, Debandi holds a degree in Public Administration (UNTREF - Université de Poitiers, France) and has an extensive political career linked to Buenos Aires Peronism. He began his activism under Mayor Hugo Curto and since then has held various public positions.

He was a councilor between 2011 and 2015, president of the "Impulso Argentino" Fund, and in 2015 was elected provincial deputy for the Frente para la Victoria. In 2019 he ran for mayor of Tres de Febrero, being defeated by the current municipal chief Diego Valenzuela of LLA. Subsequently, during the disastrous administration of Alberto Fernández, he was appointed vice president of the State Property Administration Agency (AABE) by decree signed on January 21, 2020.

In 2021 he returned to the City Council as president of the Unión por la Patria - PJ bloc, and a year later he prevailed in the local Justicialist primaries, displacing the Curto faction. In 2023 he again ran as a candidate for mayor, attempting to regain political control of the district.
