Galaxy G Fold: details of Samsung's new triple-foldable smartphone leaked
Samsung is preparing a triple-foldable device with a titanium body, 16 GB of RAM, and a screen that transforms into a tablet
Samsung is working on a triple-folding phone that could mark a turning point in the industry. The model, tentatively called Galaxy G Fold, combines design, power, and an innovative structure.
It is expected to be unveiled at the next Galaxy Unpacked, alongside new versions of its most well-known models. However, the focus is on this ultra-premium device, which aims to compete directly against Huawei.

A foldable with three modes: phone, compact, and tablet
The new Galaxy G Fold would have two hinges, allowing it to open into three distinct sections. This way, it can be used as a traditional phone, as a foldable, or as a small tablet.
This design requires a robust structure, so Samsung would opt for a combination of titanium and aluminum. This achieves greater resistance without sacrificing portability.
A major leap in materials and performance
The leak suggests that this will be the brand's most complete phone to date. It will feature a large display with a visible front camera (not an under-display camera).

It is also expected to have a next-generation Snapdragon processor and no less than 16 GB of RAM. This is ideal for multitasking and making the most of the expanded screen format.
What about the battery? The model's weakest point
According to the source, the only negative aspect of the new Galaxy G Fold would be the battery. It is said to have a capacity similar to that of a standard smartphone, which raises doubts due to the size of the device.

The reason would be to maintain a slim design so it doesn't lose functionality or comfort in hand. This is a technical challenge that Huawei also faced with the Mate XT, which has 5,600 mAh.
