Germany will deport a citizen by mistake, while illegal immigration continues to rise
After an administrative error, a woman who entered Germany legally will be expelled from the country along with her children
Every morning, in a house in the southwest of Germany, a woman works tirelessly to support her seven children. They speak German, live with effort, faith, and dignity. But this mother, Liliya Klassen, will be expelled from the country due to an administrative error. Her offense? Applying for the "wrong" visa.
In present-day Germany, having German roots, speaking the language, raising children, and working honestly is not enough. For the immigration system, all of that matters less than an incomplete form. Thus, a woman who represents the continuity of an ancient culture is treated as illegal.

Deported over a detail
Liliya was born in 1976 in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, in a community of Germans deported by Stalin. Her family preserved the language and Protestant faith in the midst of exile. Her mother was recently celebrated in the media for having 100 great-grandchildren. Meanwhile, while her fertility is praised, her daughter is criminalized.
Together with her husband Heinrich, married for 27 years, they emigrated in 2020 to care for Heinrich's elderly uncle. He works as a caregiver for the elderly; she, as a cleaner. They live in Baden-Württemberg. Every aspect of their life is German, except for the visa.
They entered with a Schengen visa, valid only for short stays. That detail is enough for the authorities now to deny her residency and demand that she leave the country before July 31. If she doesn't do so, she will be deported and excluded for 30 months.
Germany recognizes a special status for the Spätaussiedler (repatriates): descendants of Eastern Germans persecuted under communist regimes. Liliya meets all the historical and cultural criteria. However, the Ministry denies her recognition due to technicalities. The policy created to repair injustices is now used to provoke them.

A family is not enough
According to the official ruling, the Klassen family "no longer presents sufficiently close emotional ties." Regarding the youngest son, 14 years old, the State claims that at that age a mother is not essential. "The family," the document adds, becomes a community of encounter rather than of assistance."
This language dehumanizes. It reduces family love to sociological formulas. It is the same logic that promotes free abortion, gender ideology, and cultural neutralization. The German State imposes its coldness even where compassion should prevail.
Heinrich Klassen has filed an appeal for protection, providing evidence of integration, courses, certificates, and the emotional impact on the children. The lawyer believes the case is defensible. The file is now under review in Stuttgart. But time is running out.
Heinrich was blunt: "I won't let my wife go alone to Kazakhstan." Does that mean the children will have to leave Germany? Or will they have to live without their parents? Liliya prefers not to think about it. But she no longer sleeps peacefully.

Illegals welcome, Germans out
Germany has received hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. Many without passports or willingness to integrate. Some destroy their documents, and even so receive subsidies, housing, and protection. No one demands the "correct visa" from them.
But a German mother, Christian, married, with seven children, must leave. Because her visa expired, because she worked without an official stamp, because, ultimately, she is no longer considered "useful."
The symptom of a broken Europe
This is not just an isolated case, it is a symptom. When a nation expels its own and welcomes those who despise its identity, this is not a mistake, this is the moral collapse of the system. In the name of the law, justice is denied, in the name of equality, history is erased, and in the name of procedure, the person is destroyed.
Liliya Klassen is not a number, she is a mother, a wife, a German. Her expulsion would be another victory of globalism against the nation, of ideology against humanity.
