The Government seeks for the Judiciary to investigate whether it was an organized attack
The Government of Javier Milei, through the Ministry of National Security, headed by Patricia Bullrich, filed a criminal complaint on Thursday following the terrorist attack by Kirchnerism that targeted the presidential motorcade in Lomas de Zamora, which occurred 24 hours earlier.
The complaint was filed for the crimes of public intimidation and aggravated attack against authority due to criminal participation, and was referred to the federal judiciary with the aim of deepening the investigation.
The case is now in the hands of Federal Court No. 2 of Lomas de Zamora, presided over by Judge Luis Armella. In this case, which seeks to clarify the stone-throwing attack suffered Wednesday afternoon by President Javier Milei, his sister and Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei, and National Deputy José Luis Espert, three individuals have already been identified, one of whom remained in custody as of midday.

The document submitted by the Ministry of Security keeps that the attack would not have been an isolated incident, but rather the action of a group of people who acted in an organized manner. According to the statement, this coordination constitutes an aggravating factor as provided in the articles regulating criminal participation in a group.
"The filing requests that the judicial investigation be deepened in light of the possible organized commission of the attack, since it would have been carried out by a group of people acting deliberately and jointly, which constitutes an aggravation of the crimes," states the release in which the complaint was reported.

The detainees for the attack
At this time, the three detainees are:
Thiago Román Florentín, 22 years old and a resident of Alejandro Korn, detained for throwing blunt objects at the presidential entourage. Florentín is an active member of the MTR (Movimiento Teresa Rodríguez) under the slogan "We vote to fight for social change".
Diego Martín Paz, 43 years old, member of the dissident group of Arsenal Fútbol Club, in Sarandí. With an indefinite admission ban, he has two restrictions imposed by Aprevide: the first, from August 18, 2017, for disorderly conduct, resisting authority, and illegal possession of a civilian firearm; the second, from 2021, requested by Arsenal's management due to police records for incidents that affected public order in Quilmes.
José Marcelino Dabrowsky, 56 years old, identified as the person responsible for blocking the passage of the presidential entourage in downtown Lomas de Zamora during the attack. Despite his involvement, official sources confirmed that Prosecutor Silvina Estévez, head of UFI No. 4 of Lomas de Zamora, decided not to take any action against him.
