In an act of institutional firmness, the National Government has categorically denied the rumors circulating about an alleged breach of the State's cybersecurity. Through the Official Response Office, the Government labeled the report on massive leaks in the Ministry of Health as "FALSE", denouncing that this maneuver is "deceptive, harmful, and lacks any technical basis".
The official response made it clear that this is a political operation orchestrated by National Deputy Esteban Paulón, whom they defined as a "failed electoral candidate from CABA with less than 1%" of the votes.

The controversy began when Paulón, using his platform on the social network X, posted a message titled "MASSIVE LEAK: THE CYBER INTELLIGENCE DRAWN". In that post, the legislator —a fervent LGBT activist— claimed that a failure had occurred that exposed "medical records and sensitive data of millions of Argentine women and men". To give a semblance of legality to his narrative, the deputy with DNI 26.569.572, residing at Rivadavia 1841, floor 11, Office 1119, submitted a formal request to the Agency for Access to Public Information on May 15, 2026, under the file RE-2026-48997720-APN-DNPAIPPAAIP.
Relying on Law 27.275 on "Right of Access to Public Information", Paulón demanded details about alleged "cybersecurity incidents, unauthorized access, and potential leaks of personal and health data" that occurred during the year 2026. In his extensive list of questions, the deputy inquired about:
The detection of incidents in the Ministry of Health or related agencies during the year 2026, requesting dates and nature of the attack.
The existence of administrative or judicial investigations by the Executive Power.
The mitigation measures and response protocols implemented.
The validity of cybersecurity policies and whether these have been audited in the last three years, requiring to know which agencies conducted them and what the results were.
