The national reconstruction process led by President Javier Milei continues to reap resounding successes in the financial realm, consolidating a trend of stability and confidence that buries decades of populist disarray.
On a memorable day, the markets responded with overwhelming optimism: sovereign assets soared, causing a historic collapse in the nation's risk indicator, while local and international stocks recorded solid gains. Delving into the particular details of the historic management of the monetary authority, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) crowned the day with a flawless buying intervention of 23 million dollars in the foreign exchange market.
This strategic acquisition, combined with the remarkable revaluation of the Central Bank's assets, catapulted the gross reserves to a truly extraordinary level of 50.655 billion dollars. Thus, public coffers reached a new high in nearly seven years, officially establishing this figure as "the highest number of the Milei era".
