That gesture reportedly made Susana Giménez uncomfortable, as she is still publicly at odds with the actress.
The tension increased because the streaming channel belongs to the Cella family, longtime producers of the diva. According to comments made on Los Profesionales de Siempre (El Nueve), the anger was not directed at Granados himself, but rather at Olga's owners, who were responsible for inviting Alfano.

On the entertainment show, the comedian explained that Alfano's presence had not been planned. "It was somewhat ironic, at one point random people started showing up, by chance, just for fun," he said.
Granados emphasized that it was always appealing to have the former vedette on because of her stories. He also recalled that both Susana and Graciela had been on Olga and noted: "Both of them are very friendly."

The feud between the two artists had lasted for years. Recently asked, Susana was blunt: she stated that she did not intend to talk about Alfano again and asked for the subject to be dropped. She even rejected the possibility of taking legal action: "But, just stop it! I'm never going to mention her again as long as I live," she said angrily.

The conflict deepened when Alfano made comments about a private aspect of Susana's life: her brother Jorge's hospitalization at Hospital Borda. On the show Mediodía Bien Arriba, hosted by Carlos Monti, the actress claimed that the diva's brother was in that facility "because of the conditions of neglect" he was in and questioned why, despite having resources, Susana had not helped him.
"If you ask me whether Susana is a person capable of being supportive, I compare her to someone who was not able to get her brother out of that place, having so much money," Alfano stated.
These statements ultimately sealed the definitive estrangement. With Alfano's appearance at Granados's birthday, the old rivalry once again took center stage in the media.
