Independent Case: Unsuccessful raids and seizure of evidence
The Justice Department carried out nine operations in CABA and the Province to arrest those charged with attempted homicide and serious injuries, but did not manage to find any of them
Judge José Luis Arabito, from the Court of Guarantees No. 3 of Avellaneda, granted the request of prosecutor Mariano Zitto and ordered a series of raids in search of the eight Independiente hooligans charged for the violent incidents that occurred during the match against Universidad de Chile in the Copa Sudamericana round of 16.
Of the accused, six are charged with attempted homicide against Chilean supporters, while the other two are charged with serious injuries. Among those being sought is a relative of Mario Nadalich, leader of Rojo's barra brava.

According to prosecutor Sebastián González, nine simultaneous operations were carried out during the early hours of Thursday with officers from the Buenos Aires Provincial Police and the City Police, both in Greater Buenos Aires and in the Federal Capital. However, all yielded negative resultsand none of the suspects were apprehended.
The raids took place in Barrio Norte, Barracas, La Boca, and various locations in Greater Buenos Aires. As a result, items considered key to the investigation were seized: a jacket and blue pants from the brand that outfits Independiente, red sneakers, a black cap with a red logo, three cell phones, club apparel, and a Bersa .45 caliber firearm.

Next steps
Due to the lack of results in the operations, the judiciary issued national and international arrest warrants against the eight identified fans, who are the main suspects in the serious acts of violence that tarnished Independiente's participation in the Copa Sudamericana.
