Israel launched a powerful attack on Sana'a, the capital of Yemen.
The Israeli armed forces carried out a forceful attack on the capital that harbors the Houthi terrorists after issuing evacuation warnings
Israel launched an airstrike on the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, on Tuesday, according to Al-Masirah television, which is run by the Houthis. Eyewitnesses reported at least four explosions in the vicinity of Sana'a International Airport, following a prior warning from the Israeli army urging civilians to evacuate the area.
This bombing comes a day after another Israeli attack on the port of Hodeida, which left at least four dead and 39 injured, according to the Houthi Ministry of Health.
The attack on Sana'a represents the seventh direct offensive by Israel against Houthi targets since the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza began. The Houthis, backed by Iran, have intensified their military actions against Israel in recent months, launching ballistic missiles and drone attacks as part of what they consider a campaign in support of the Palestinian cause.
The bombing on Hodeida was particularly intense: Israel deployed 20 aircraft that dropped 50 bombs on various infrastructures from which the terrorists operate, including the port and a concrete plant in the Bajil district.

According to local sources, approximately 70% of the port's five docks were damaged. This port, controlled by the Houthis, is vital for the entry of humanitarian aid to Yemen, a country devastated by years of war and humanitarian crisis.
The Israeli army justified the attacks by accurately pointing out that the port of Hodeida is being used to smuggle weapons from Iran, and that the concrete plant was used for the construction of tunnels and other military infrastructures.
Israel also published a map indicating the area to evacuate around Sana'a airport, warning that those who did not would be in danger.

These attacks are part of an escalation that intensified after the launch, on Sunday, of a Houthi missile that fell near Ben Gurion Airport, Israel's main airport, forcing several European and American airlines to cancel flights.
In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahupromised strong retaliation. The operation, according to the American outlet Axios, was coordinated with Washington, although no American plane participated directly.
It is worth noting that the United States has conducted its own air campaign against the Houthis since March, with hundreds of bombings on Yemeni territory.
The Israeli military spokesperson in Arabic, Avichay Adraee, posted on X a message warning of the imminent operation and urging the civilian population to stay away from Sana'a airport. Subsequent images indicated severe damage to the airport's civilian facilities.

Meanwhile, the Houthi spokesperson, Nasruddin Amer, described the bombings as "Zionist-American aggressive attacks on civilian facilities" and stated that they will not stop the group's military campaign.
"The naval and air blockade on the enemy will not be lifted until the aggression ceases and the siege on Gaza is lifted," Amer declared, who assured that there will be reprisals.
In addition to the attacks in Yemen, Israel also bombed positions in Syria and in the Lebanese town of Janta on Monday, near the eastern border with Syria, in what appears to be a broader strategy to counter groups allied with Iran in the region.
