JAC Motors previewed the models that it will launch in Argentina in 2026, with a focus on utility vehicles and electrification

The Chinese automaker moved forward its roadmap for Argentina to 2026. The brand confirmed a series of launches that include utility vehicles, pickups and SUVs.
The information comes from an official statement from JAC Motors Argentina, where the company detailed how it plans to expand its presence in the local market during the next year.

JAC Motors' strategy aims to cover different segments with a broader line-up. At the same time, it seeks to accelerate the incorporation of electrified technologies.
The plan includes models designed both for work and for family and recreational use. In several cases, there will be electric or hybrid options.
A key utility vehicle with two types of powertrain
One of the protagonists of the year will be Sunray, a commercial vehicle that will arrive with two body styles: van and chassis.

According to what the brand confirmed, the utility vehicle will have a 100% electric version and another with a conventional powertrain. For now, no technical data on power or range has been released.
The T9 pickup adds electrified versions
The mid-size T9 pickup will expand its range in 2026. Two electrified alternatives will be added to the already known turbodiesel version.

There will be a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) option and another fully electric one. The brand thus seeks to compete in a segment that is increasingly alert to consumption and emissions.
JS9: a large SUV with an adventurous profile
The launch plan also includes JS9, a new SUV with an off-road focus. It is based on the T9 and shares several structural features.
This model will offer three rows of seats, capacity for seven passengers and all-wheel drive.

Meanwhile, as it prepares the launches, JAC is already showing its current line-up on the Atlantic Coast. During summer 2026, the brand is present at the Galería Cilene de Cariló.
There it is exhibiting the JS6 PHEV, the EV 30X 100% electric and the T9 turbodiesel 4x4. A concrete preview of what is to come.
