Renault chose the Argentine summer to present the Boreal to the public, its new C-segment SUV. The model is on display in Cariló and previews what will be its official arrival in the country during the first quarter of next year.
The presentation is part of the brand's regional strategy that seeks to strengthen its presence in one of the most competitive segments of the market. Although the local line-up hasn't been confirmed yet, its arrival is already on the schedule and is generating expectations.

An SUV with regional DNA and a focus on South America
The Renault Boreal is already on sale in Brazil, where it's produced, and from there it will arrive in Argentina. In that market it's offered with three trim levels: Evolution, Techno, and Iconic, all with the same mechanical configuration.
The model aims to position itself as a modern and technological alternative within the C segment, with a strong emphasis on design and comfort.
Turbo engine and automatic transmission
The Boreal uses a 1.3 TCe turbo gasoline engine that delivers 156 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque. It's paired with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, with front-wheel drive.
