Jésica Cirio under scrutiny: they raided her house and discovered how much her wedding cost
After her husband's arrest for fraud and theft, the model's legal situation could also become complicated
The legal situation of Jésica Cirio continues to become more complicated. This Monday, the Argentine Justice carried out a raid on her mother's home, as part of the investigation against her ex-partner, Elías Piccirillo. The judicial measure came a few days after the arrest of the businessman, accused of fraud and theft, and could provide new evidence in the case.
The operation, reported by journalist Pablo Layús on Intrusos (América), aimed to clarify the relationship between Cirio and Piccirillo, even after their alleged separation. A significant finding was the seizure of the model's housekeeper's phone. According to statements, Piccirillo continued to visit Cirio's house on weekends, which could indicate that the relationship might not have completely ended.
Key evidence in the raid
"After it was already known that they were separated, Piccirillo was still with Jesica on weekends living as a couple", Layús stated. The phone's content could provide evidence, such as messages or photos, confirming these meetings and the possible connection of Cirio with the businessman's dealings.

Another revealing detail was the discovery of a liquidation in a trash can. This document detailed that the wedding of Cirio and Piccirillo, held in May 2024, had a cost of 206 million pesos. Additionally, this expense was linked to a foundation chaired by the businessman, which could reinforce suspicions of financial irregularities.
Elías Piccirillo: depression and health issues in prison
Meanwhile, the investigation continues, Elías Piccirillo remains detained in Ezeiza prison. According to journalist Mercedes Ninci, his health condition has raised concern. "When he entered the prison, he went through the hospital, as is mandatory. There they told me they saw him very depressed, very unwell", she commented.
These reports add to previous information indicating that the businessman suffered a health issue in prison, a blow that might have also emotionally affected Cirio. The Justice now seeks to determine if the model had knowledge or involvement in Piccirillo's illicit businesses, which could worsen her legal situation.
With each new piece of evidence, the case gains more relevance and leaves open the question of how far the investigation will go and what the consequences will be for Jésica Cirio.
