Of the four identified individuals involved, three are part of the political and institutional circle that the leader has built in Tres de Febrero.
Three of those involved have a direct connection with Debandi
- José Lepere, current Secretary of the Interior and former member of La Cámpora.
- Facundo Lococo, former councilor of the Tres de Febrero district, very close to Debandi.
- Matías Federici, Debandi's own press officer.
