In a story posted on her Instagram account, Poggio shared an image of Thiago along with a meditation and visualization guide, inviting her followers to join in with the intention of collective healing.
"Sit in a quiet place. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths. Visualize your friend or companion surrounded by light (it can be white, gold, green, whatever you feel)", the message began.
