The judiciary once again denies Trump access to the documents in the Epstein case.

Republican government prosecutors have submitted a request for the third time to declassify the court records in the Epstein case

The United States Judiciary has once again denied a request from President Donald Trump to release material related to the Jeffrey Epstein case, the New York financier who led a sex trafficking ring and was found dead in a police station cell under mysterious circumstances in 2019.

This time, federal judge Richard Berman, from the New York district, is the one who rejected the new government petition this Wednesday. According to the magistrate, the release of the grand jury material that indicted Epstein in 2019 for sexual offenses would result in future risks to the safety and privacy of the victims cited in this proceeding.

Government prosecutors, under Trump's directive, sought to declassify a total of 70 pages of grand jury transcripts, which included documentary evidence in the form of a PowerPoint presentation, call records, and letters from the victims and their attorneys.

Democratic magistrates prevent the truth about Epstein from being revealed.

Despite the personal promise of the Republican president to seek the truth about this controversial case, with Wednesday's ruling there have now been three different times that a judge has blocked the possibility of these files coming to light.

The country's courts that have held judicial documents about the illicit activities of the pedophile financier over the past two decades are located in the states of New York and Florida.

Ironically, while Democrats demand greater transparency from Trump in handling this case, it is their judges who are putting a stop to any kind of declassification. The two previous government requests were dismissed by magistrates who had been appointed by former presidents Obama and Biden.
