The Legal and Technical Secretary of the Presidency, María Ibarzabal Murphy, participated in a meeting organized by IDEA, where she emphasized the importance of legal certainty, regulatory stability, and the reforms promoted by the Government of Javier Milei to encourage private investment in Argentina.
During her presentation, moderated by Bernardo Cassagne, the official explained that the transformations implemented by the Executive aim to "build a more predictable, more stable, and more investment-friendly Argentina".

"Investments are made when there are clear rules, predictable institutions, and trust that the commitments made will be respected over time", she stated. In this regard, she pointed out that one of the main responsibilities of the Legal and Technical Secretariat is to transform the political decisions of the Government into stable, clear, and executable norms.
Milei's reforms to guarantee legal certainty
Ibarzabal Murphy recalled that President Javier Milei has emphasized from the beginning of his administration the need to eliminate the interventionist structures accumulated over decades, which hinder the development of the private sector.
Under the premise that "where there is no certainty, there is no investment", she questioned the overlapping regulations, the excess of administrative procedures, and the state intervention inherited from decades of interventionism, considering that they generate uncertainty and hinder the emergence of new economic actors.
